Will the silicone protector affect sensor accuracy?
No. Our silicone protectors are specifically designed with sensor cutouts and ultra-thin 0.5mm material that doesn't interfere with the optical sensors. They provide physical protection while maintaining full sensor contact with your skin.
How long does the travel charging case battery last?
The built-in 300mAh battery provides up to 3 full charges for your OxyZen Ring. If fully charged, it can recharge your ring from 0-100% three times before needing to be recharged itself. The case battery holds its charge for several weeks when not in use.
Are the accessories compatible with all ring sizes?
Yes! All OxyZen charging solutions and accessories are compatible with every ring size (6-13). The magnetic charging dock automatically aligns with any size ring for perfect contact every time.
What's your warranty on accessories?
All OxyZen accessories come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes charging docks, travel cases, and storage cases. Silicone protectors are warrantied for 90 days. If you experience any issues, contact our support team for a replacement.
Can I charge my ring while wearing the silicone protector?
No, you'll need to remove the silicone protector before charging. The protector adds a thin layer that prevents the charging pins from making proper contact. Simply slip off the protector, place your ring on the charging dock, and put the protector back on after charging.
