1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Return Window
- Standard Returns: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Holiday Purchases: Items purchased November 1 - December 25 can be returned until January 31
- Defective Products: Can be returned within the 1-year warranty period
Return Period Calculation: The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown in your tracking information, not the purchase date.
1.2 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in original condition (unused, unworn, with all original packaging)
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used or worn OxyZen rings (except for defects covered under warranty)
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items missing accessories or components
- Engraved or customized products (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
2. Types of Returns
2.1 Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- 30-day return window from delivery
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Full refund issued once item is received and inspected
2.2 Defective or Damaged Products
Conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or is defective within warranty period
- Photos of defect/damage may be required
- We provide prepaid return shipping label
- Full refund or replacement (your choice)
- No restocking fee applied
2.3 Wrong Item Received
Conditions:
- You received an incorrect product due to our error
- Report within 7 days of delivery
- We provide prepaid return shipping label
- Correct item shipped immediately or full refund
2.4 Missing Items
Conditions:
- Order arrived incomplete or missing items
- Report within 7 days of delivery
- Missing items shipped at no charge
- Or partial refund for missing items
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email hello@oxyzen.ai with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item with all original contents
- Ship the Return: Use the prepaid label (if provided) or ship at your expense
- Tracking: Keep your tracking number for reference
- Inspection: We inspect the return within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refund: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval
3.1 What to Include
Your return package must include:
- The OxyZen ring in original packaging
- All accessories (charging cable, manual, etc.)
- Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the package
- Copy of packing slip or order confirmation (recommended)
Important: Do NOT return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
3.2 Return Shipping Address
Returns should be shipped to the address provided in your Return Authorization email. Do not send returns to the address on our website or product packaging unless specifically instructed.

4.1 Customer-Paid Returns
- Use a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
4.2 OxyZen-Paid Returns
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Print and attach the label to your return package
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
- No shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Total Timeline: Most refunds are completed within 10-14 business days from when we receive your return.
Breakdown:
- Transit Time: 3-7 days for return to reach us
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Processing: 3-5 business days to issue refund
- Bank Processing: 3-7 business days for funds to appear (varies by bank)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts.
5.3 What Gets Refunded
Full Refund Includes:
- Product purchase price
- Original shipping fees (if product was defective or wrong item sent)
Not Refunded:
- Original shipping costs (for change of mind returns)
- Return shipping costs (unless OxyZen's error)
- Restocking fees (15% for opened items, if applicable)
- Gift wrapping or special packaging fees

5.5 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item is not in original condition or is damaged
- Item is missing parts not due to our error
- Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- You're returning only some items from a multi-item order
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Exchange Process:
- Initiate a return for the unwanted item
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process the refund
- This ensures you receive the new item faster while your return is in transit
6.2 Defective Product Exchanges
If your product is defective:
- Contact us at hello@oxyzen.ai with photos of the defect
- We'll ship a replacement immediately (subject to availability)
- Return the defective item using our prepaid shipping label
- No need to wait for the return to receive your replacement
7. Warranty Returns
7.1 Warranty Period
OxyZen devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. See our Terms & Conditions for full warranty details.
7.2 Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact hello@oxyzen.ai with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable)
- We'll troubleshoot the issue to determine if it's covered under warranty
- If approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for return
- You'll receive a replacement or refund within 10-15 business days
7.3 What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Water damage (beyond rated specifications)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost or stolen devices
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
8. International Returns
8.1 Return Process
- Same return authorization process as domestic returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective)
- Use a trackable international shipping method
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance
- Returns may take 2-4 weeks to reach us
8.2 Customs & Duties
- Original customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as "Return/Refund" to potentially avoid additional customs charges
- We cannot reimburse customs fees incurred during return shipping
8.3 International Refunds
- Refunds issued in original currency (USD)
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect refund amount received
- International wire fees may apply (deducted from refund)
- Processing time may be extended by 5-10 business days
9. Refused or Undeliverable Returns
9.1 Return to Sender
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned as undeliverable:
- You'll receive a refund minus original shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied
- Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
10. Lost or Stolen Returns
Important: You are responsible for returns until they are received at our facility.
- Always use a trackable shipping method for returns
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
- If a return is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund without proof of delivery to our facility
- Keep your tracking information until refund is confirmed
- For lost returns, file a claim with the shipping carrier
11. Fraudulent Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect fraud, including:
- Excessive returns or return abuse
- Returning used items as "new"
- Returning different items than originally purchased
- Returning items purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Chargeback abuse
Accounts associated with fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from making future purchases.
12. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is" are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
13. Gift Returns
13.1 With Gift Receipt
- Gift recipients can return items with a gift receipt
- Refund issued as store credit or gift card
- Same 30-day return window applies
- Original purchaser will not be notified of the return
13.2 Without Gift Receipt

- We may be able to locate the order using the device serial number
- Store credit issued for current selling price
14. Subscription Services
If you have a subscription service associated with your OxyZen device:
- Cancel your subscription before returning the device
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future subscription periods after cancellation
