What we’ll do:

Replace it with a new/refurbished unit OR

The warranty does not cover:

Water damage beyond rated resistance

Ring is unused, unactivated, and in original packaging

Ordered the wrong size? No problem — size exchange is allowed once, provided:
The ring is unused
Original packaging is intact
Exchange requested within 14 days
